What is Classroom Deconstruct?

A deliberate slowdown — not to promote passivity, but to foster a deeper connection with our authentic selves. It disrupts ingrained patterns and reminds us of the importance of being real.

Not a course. Not a method. A space where the performance ends, and your real self begins to speak. We don't promise transformation. We promise a safe and supportive space for you to confront your truth.

Unlearn

Let go of what was never truly yours. The inherited beliefs, the performed roles, the survival patterns that once protected you but now constrain you.

Unmask

Remove the false roles and reveal the raw self. The mask didn't protect you — it protected your image. Beneath it, you are still here.

Transform

Not by becoming someone else, but by returning to who you've always been. Stripping away false layers to reveal the authentic individual within.

The journey inward, before leading others. LEAD begins with stillness. Not taking charge — but learning to listen. You'll awaken to what's been running you, and start choosing differently, from clarity rather than default.
STAY
Settle · Track · Allow · Yield
The art of presence under pressure. STAY teaches you to remain. With discomfort. With emotion. With the truth that just surfaced. Most of us escape the moment we feel something — this pillar trains us to stay.
RISE
Root · Inspire · Serve · Embody
Reclaiming authenticity, vision, and purpose. RISE isn't about climbing. It's about alignment — with your values, your fire, your service, and your embodiment. This is where vision meets action.
BURN
Break · Unmask · Reveal · Nourish
Dismantling what no longer serves. BURN is about disruption. You'll break what's no longer true, unmask the roles you've played, reveal something raw — then nourish what remains. This isn't collapse. It's transformation.
HOLD
Hear · Offer · Lean · Deepen
Becoming a safe space for others to heal and transform. HOLD is where the work becomes real. You'll learn to truly listen, to offer space without rescuing, to lean when you're tired, and to deepen — not for intensity, but for integrity.
The Path

10-Week Facilitator Training

A 10-week immersive training for individuals ready to lead with presence, truth, and depth. Not about teaching — about holding space, embodying truth, and facilitating transformation from the inside out.

Phase Weeks Focus
Foundation 01 — 02 Establishing the container. Understanding the philosophy, intention, and origins of Classroom Deconstruct. Building psychological safety, trauma sensitivity, and presence.
Pillar Embodiment 03 — 07 Deep experiential immersion into each of the five pillars. Each week includes live sessions, peer-led practice, somatic awareness, and journaling integration.
Mastery & Integration 08 — 10 Culminating in the final practicum — leading a 60-90 minute session with a real group, observed live and assessed using the CD Rubric. Closing with integration and certification.
The Practical

Program at a Glance

Everything you need to know before applying. Small cohorts. Real rooms. Real presence.

Who This Is For

Coaches, therapists, educators, team leaders, and anyone called to hold transformative space for others. No prior certification required — only readiness to show up fully.

Format

In-person sessions held in a dedicated training space. Somatic exercises, live facilitation practice, peer-led circles, and guided journaling — all in the same room, breathing the same air.

Time Commitment

One 3-hour in-person session per week, plus a 60-minute peer practice circle between sessions. Journaling and reflection work is done offline, in your own time.

Cohort Size

Intimate groups of 12–16 participants. We cap enrollment to preserve psychological safety and ensure every voice is witnessed in the room.

Start Dates

Cohorts launch quarterly: January, April, July, and October. Application opens 6 weeks prior to each intake. Location announced upon acceptance.

Investment

Full program tuition and payment plan options provided upon application review. A limited number of equity-supported seats are available each cohort.

The Standard

Certification Criteria

Certification is not about performance. It's about embodiment. Demonstrating that you can hold space with presence, integrity, and care.

Complete All Modules

Attend every in-person session. Participate in all peer practice rounds. Engage fully in journaling, group check-ins, and debriefs.

Weekly Reflections

Complete workbook reflections for each pillar. Show insight, integration, and awareness. Submit 1-page summary each week.

03

Final Practicum

Facilitate a 60-90 minute in-person session embodying 1 or more CD pillars. Observed live and assessed using the CD Rubric (Pass: 22+/30).

Peer & Mentor Feedback

Openly receive group and facilitator feedback. Apply feedback where possible. Demonstrate growth and responsiveness.

5 Core Qualities

Presence, Integrity, Responsiveness, Container-Holding, Self-Awareness. Assessed across 6 dimensions on a 1-5 scale.

Final Reflection

"What I now hold, and how I will lead." May be written, audio, or video format. Submitted before closing ceremony.
